I feel the most alive when I’m sitting in front of my clients. I know, without a shadow of a doubt God put me right here, right now to help people live the health of their dreams so they can be their best for the people who depend on them. My personal health situation became dire as I approached 400 pounds and it wasn’t until I reached out and got the help I needed that I was able to turn it around. I have maintained a 170+ pound weight loss for 3 years now. I couldn’t be a certified master coach just by personal experience alone, I received the health coaching industry's top certification, Level 2 Master Health Coach from Precision Nutrition. It’s intense and takes two years.

I have no interest in working with you if this isn’t the most optimal time for you to hire a health coach. Your discovery call will leave you with a clear path forward, if we need to wait, I won’t leave you hanging, you’ll know exactly what to do next.
What happens after I book a discovery call?
You get a simple eight question form to fill out so we can streamline our upcoming discovery call. Your time is important, my time is important and making sure we make the most of our time together is a high priority.
What happens once we decide to start working together?
You get a link to an invoice, a link to my scheduler, a link to an assessment form and the incredible feeling that you’ve made the right decision. It’ll be better than a feeling, you’ll know in your soul that this is the right thing.
How does the coaching relationship work?
You’ll learn what your calorie deficit range is and how it affects your goals. This is not just about me telling you what to do. That’s not how you create lasting change. This is about me understanding where you are right now and then helping you align where you want to go with what you value the most. Then it becomes possible for you to finally make the change you’ve always wanted to make. The action steps we come up with are small and they build on each other. Your actions might feel so small that you feel like you’ll never get there, but here’s what’s special about this time...you’re going to be so taken care of you might actually enjoy it.
The goal here is to reduce the friction of making new habits. Sometimes we start trying to do a new thing, but it feels excruciating, so much so that we give up and never get anywhere. Here, we are going to make it easy. Inviting more “easy” into your life sounds good doesn’t it? But, easy doesn’t mean slow or meaningless. Easy means powerful and manageable. Easy means actually making it happen.
How does a check in call work?
We usually start a check in call with easy personal conversation for a few minutes. Then we dive in and talk about how your action list went last week. Your action list is usually 1-2-or-3 things that we came up with the week before that you wanted to work on. It might be:

Add 20g of protein to each meal

Walk 20 minutes on your lunch break each day

Add a bottle of water each day
If any of that feels hard, then we make it easier. If any of that felt super crazy easy, we add a little to it. This is not about changing the world in one week. This is about getting just a little better each day. More isn’t better, better is better.
Is this the right time for me to start health coaching?
I don’t know yet, we haven’t met! It might be, it might not. Your free discovery call will make it super sharp and clear.
How often are we in touch?
Weekly via a one-hour Zoom call, in-between that it’s up to you. You get unlimited access to me via text and email with a quick response time. You can use that unlimited access daily, weekly, never...it’s up to you.
Is this a crutch? Why can’t I just do this on my own?
Good question! We’re all humans and humans need support and accountability. Honestly, if you could have done it on your own, wouldn’t you have already done it?
The idea around getting the help you need being a crutch is based on shame. Shaming yourself into submission has never got you anywhere. A lot of those ideas are based on what someone influential told us or something you read, frankly, that should make you mad.
