I guess I’m in the middle? ๐Ÿ˜‚

Anywho, guru’s are usually temporary.  They have their day, sell their thing, then move on....sometimes to the next life-OMG-changing thing(s).

That’s why I’m different.

I believe that consistency wins every single time.  At work, your boss would rather you come to work each day and maintain a good steady workload.  They don’t want you coming in “on fire” one day and then “zero” the next.  Improving your health requires steady work.  And just like you need support at work to do your job, you need support in staying consistent with health promoting behaviors.

You’re in luck, I’m a master health coach and I love that the right people always find me.  As in, they hear my message about how to improve their health and they want to know more.  If you’re reading this newsletter, you found me somehow.  That didn’t happen by chance.

As your health coach, we work together for at least 6-months.  I help you produce results and that doesn’t happen in a month, 6-weeks or 3-months...we need at least 6 months of meeting weekly to start figuring this out.  I feel like those “get in a bikini in 6 weeks” type marketing messages are terrible and damaging, most women don’t wear a bikini and a bikini isn’t the measure of health.  There are plenty of unhealthy women in bikinis.  It’s time to start changing that message.

We need at least 6-months together, in that time, we meet weekly via Zoom where we troubleshoot what didn’t work and celebrate the heck outta what did.  In the time between those meetings, you have unlimited text and email support.  You have direct access to me, you have my personal cell phone number and email that I probably check a little too often.  

In that time, we get to the root of the weeds that have been causing you problems with losing weight.  We talk about those weeds as we yank them up and throw them into a garbage bin.  This is the part that changes your life.  

Hear me, it changes your life.  It starts to heal your relationship with food.  It gets you off the yo-yo and the plateau and gets you to start living your life.  Now, you’re getting on that zipline, getting cozy and comfortable in an airline seat with room to spare, on the floor with your kids with less groans.  This is the good stuff.  The stuff you remember on your death bed as you recount your life.  It’s time to not have any regrets.

It’s time.
